We make no promise, warranty, or representation that using this platform will result in your package being found, returned, or recovered in any condition. Recovery depends entirely on voluntary participation by neighbors and the accuracy of user-submitted information — factors entirely outside our control.
While Parcel Rescue helps match missing packages with found packages, we make no guarantees, representations, or warranties that your package will be recovered. Success depends entirely on neighbors actively reporting and coordinating returns. Parcel Rescue is not liable for any outcome.
Parcel Rescue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, DHL, or any other shipping carrier. We do not handle, deliver, store, or take any responsibility for packages. For carrier-related issues, contact the carrier directly.

Parcel Rescue is a technology platform only. We do not organize, attend, supervise, or bear any responsibility for in-person meetings between users. All in-person exchanges are voluntary and entirely at your own risk.
Parcel Rescue does not supervise, control, or verify the identity of users or the authenticity of any report. When meeting with other users to exchange packages, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. We strongly recommend:
No package is worth your safety. If a situation feels unsafe, walk away.
We do not verify the identity of users or the authenticity of package reports. Users may provide false information. Be cautious of potential fraud, scams, or social engineering. Report any suspicious activity immediately through the platform reporting system.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PARCEL RESCUE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE AT ANY TIME.
Parcel Rescue and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for:
IN NO EVENT SHALL PARCEL RESCUE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00).
By using Parcel Rescue, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parcel Rescue and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these policies.
If your package was insured by the carrier, file a claim directly with that carrier. Parcel Rescue does not process insurance claims, provide compensation, or act as an intermediary for carrier claims of any kind.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit. Parcel Rescue is not responsible for incorrect information provided by users, failed matches resulting from inaccurate data, or any consequences of user-generated errors.
Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when using Parcel Rescue. Under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1708), opening, destroying, or stealing mail not addressed to you is a federal crime. Report misdelivered packages appropriately and follow all applicable laws.
By creating an account and using Parcel Rescue, you knowingly and voluntarily:
BY USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU EXPRESSLY AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LAWSUITS, DEMANDS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION — WHETHER FOR PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY HARM, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR ANY OTHER HARM — AGAINST PARCEL RESCUE, ITS OWNERS, FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES, ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM OR ANY IN-PERSON MEETING OR EXCHANGE CONNECTED TO IT. This waiver applies regardless of whether any such harm results from negligence, platform design, or any other cause.
📦 PACKAGES ONLY — NO OTHER EXCHANGES
Parcel Rescue exists solely to help neighbors return misdelivered packages. It is not a marketplace, trading platform, or general meeting app.
Parcel Rescue cannot verify or guarantee what is actually exchanged between users in person. While our Terms strictly prohibit the exchange of any item other than a misdelivered package, we have no ability to monitor, supervise, or control what occurs during in-person meetings. Any in-person exchange that occurs outside the scope of package return is entirely outside our knowledge and control.
Users who arrange or participate in any non-package exchange through this platform — whether for cash, goods, services, or anything else — do so in direct violation of our Terms of Service and assume all legal and personal risk associated with that activity.
PARCEL RESCUE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOR ANY EXCHANGE, TRANSACTION, INTERACTION, LOSS, INJURY, OR HARM — WHETHER PHYSICAL, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR OTHERWISE — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY IN-PERSON MEETING FACILITATED THROUGH THIS PLATFORM, INCLUDING ANY EXCHANGE THAT EXCEEDS THE RETURN OF A SPECIFIC MISDELIVERED PACKAGE. THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE PROHIBITED CONDUCT WAS DETECTED BY OUR SYSTEMS OR REMAINED UNKNOWN TO US. THE EXISTENCE OF PROHIBITED-USE POLICIES CREATES NO DUTY ON THE PART OF PARCEL RESCUE TO PREVENT, DETECT, OR REMEDY VIOLATIONS BY USERS.
Parcel Rescue uses automated AI systems to help enforce our package-only policy, including:
These systems are not foolproof. Determined bad actors may evade detection. The existence of AI monitoring does not guarantee that all prohibited conduct will be caught.
PARCEL RESCUE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY DUTY OF CARE, OBLIGATION, OR LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ITS USE OF AI MONITORING SYSTEMS. THE DEPLOYMENT OF AUTOMATED CONTENT MONITORING DOES NOT CREATE — AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED TO CREATE — ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE THAT PROHIBITED CONDUCT WILL BE DETECTED OR PREVENTED. THE EXISTENCE OF THESE SYSTEMS DOES NOT SHIFT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR USER SAFETY TO PARCEL RESCUE. YOU REMAIN SOLELY AND ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, THE ACCURACY OF YOUR REPORTS, AND ANY ITEM OR INFORMATION YOU AGREE TO EXCHANGE IN PERSON WITH ANOTHER USER.
For the best and safest experience: report packages promptly, provide accurate information, communicate respectfully with neighbors, coordinate returns quickly, and always prioritize your personal safety over recovering any package.
